Should I make a reservation?

Availability changes on a daily basis.  In order to make
sure that the  space that you want is available when you
need it, we recommend that you make an advance
reservation.  Your reservation can be held with your
security deposit which is usually due at move in.  The
deposit amount is $25.00.

Do I need insurance?

Insurance is the tenant's responsibility.  Check with your
homeowner's or renter's policy to see if you are already
covered or apply for insurance coverage from a company
that specializes in self-storage insurance.  We provide new
tenants with a brochure from one of these companies.

Do you give me a key?

You provide your own lock and key so that you are the
only one that has access to your unit.  You may purchase
from a variety of locks that we carry at our office or bring
your own.

How do I know what size unit I will need?

Depending on the number of items you have, the size of
your items, and how you pack them into the unit will
determine the size you need.  Click here to see examples
of what can go into each size unit.  If you still have
concerns, please talk to anyone at our office and we would
be more than happy to help you determine a size.

Can I pay for my unit over the phone?

Yes, just call us with your credit or debit card information.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept cash, check, Visa, and MasterCard.  We can set
up automatic monthly debit payments from your credit
card.  ASK ABOUT OUR "AUTO-PAY" BILLING! We
waive the Security Deposit!

Do you sell boxes?

We not only sell boxes but a variety of moving supplies.

Can you receive packages and mail on my behalf?

We do not accept packages in our office if you have a        delivery source and you have provided them access
to your unit (key and code).  They are responsible for the
delivery of the package(s) to your unit.  For tenants that          have regular scheduled deliveries, you may leave a key in               our office for the delivery company to use.   Please check                with our office staff for further information and assistance
with any other special requests.

What is the minimum time I can store?

There is a minimum rental time of 1 month. 

Is my security deposit refundable?

Yes, with a 10 day written notice BEFORE you move out.
Also we ask that your unit is left as it was found.  All items
and trash need to be removed.  We do not have dumpsters
for customer use, so please take all trash with you.  If your
unit is left with personal items or trash in it your security
deposit will not be refunded.  

What if I move out before the end of a month?

With a 10 day written notice of move out date, any unused
rental payment will be prorated and refunded.  See above
note regarding items or trash left in unit.  The same will
apply to prorated rent.

What kind of documentation do I need to rent a unit?

A valid driver's license or federal ID with picture is
required to lease a unit.

Do you have your own movers?

No, we do not offer any moving services but there are a
variety of movers available in our area.  Check the yellow
pages under the heading "Movers" for a complete list.

How long will it take to complete my transaction on move-in day?

If no other customers are ahead of you, the entire move-in
process should take less than 10 minutes.

What are your hours of operation?

Please check here for office and gate hours.

What if I need to get into my unit after gate hours?

Normal Customer Gate Access Hours are from 7AM to
10PM but * 24 Hour Gate Access is Available on request
